These Terms of Use govern your use of the docnow.gr website (the "Website"), owned by DOCNOW L.P. (VAT 803284374, GEMI 193781603000).

ℹ These Terms apply exclusively to use of the docnow.gr website as an informational web property. Use of the DocNow mobile app and provision of medical services are governed by separate terms provided within the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Browsing the Website constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use, as in effect at any given time. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides information about the DocNow telemedicine service, DOCNOW L.P., and ways to contact us. It does not provide medical services, medical advice, or appointment booking — these functions are provided exclusively through the DocNow mobile app.

3. No Medical Advice

Website content is informational only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In case of medical emergency, call 166 immediately or go to the nearest hospital.

4. Intellectual Property

All Website content (text, images, graphics, logos, software) is the intellectual property of DOCNOW L.P. and is protected under Greek and European law. Reproduction, copying, modification, or commercial exploitation of the content without prior written permission is prohibited.
